Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to your nearest authorized courier point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been confirmed via email.
